Coaching Services
My programs are made up of 6 one-hour sessions where we explore your values, needs and aspirations, then work together to build a plan to get where you want to be. Whilst every program is different, we generally cover 3 themes..
Exploration
I use coaching techniques to dive deeper into the identified topics and we collaborate to challenge unhelpful patterns and centre tangible goals.
Actualisation
You get to see real progress and celebrate your results, building new habits for a sustainable future without your coach.
Identification
We work together to identify your goals, strengths, weaknesses, barriers, challenges that you want to address across the program.
Pricing
The 6-session program is charged at £500, payable in advance before our first session. However, please discuss with me in our chemistry session if you feel you would need an alternative payment plan. These are available on a case-by case basis.
The First Few Sessions...
Following our 30-minute chemistry call, our first session will focus on the identification of some key topics. We would have covered some of this in our chemistry call, but I will check in with you to see if those topics are still important for you. From there, you will decide which topic feels most important for you for today's session and we will start to explore that. I will ask open questions, and gently challenge some of your thinking where necessary to evoke awareness or to gain a better understanding but you will do most of the talking.
The Meaty Middle...
Our relationship will grow and we will have a better understanding of each other. You will know what to bring to our sessions, and will be more comfortable getting deeper and self-reflective in response to my questions. I will have a better sense of which questions to ask and when. From session 3 onwards, we will be "in the groove" and start getting to to the core of your goals and you will start to see real progress. I may introduce some models and or visualisation techniques with your permission to further deepen our learning and progress.
The End...
Our aim is always to build sustainability, so that you dont need a coach anymore. We will set this expectation back in session 1, but I will remind you during our final 2 sessions. The last session is usually slightly longer and has a slightly more defined structure. You will reflect back on your progress and celebrate the changes you have made, identify your new goals for you life after coaching, and highlight any potential barriers and solutions to keep you on track. You will leave with a feeling of achievement and certainty for whatever comes next.
